Meet Sarah Frost.

Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.

“I'm a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and my approach to therapy is pretty diverse. I like to use compassion-focused therapy in my work to help you see yourself from a place of understanding and encouragement. I’ve been treating depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma for years, but I’m most passionate about supporting women during pregnancy or new parents. I aim to help people manage the emotional stress that comes with parenthood, supporting them as they grow into the parents they want to be. Helping people find balance in their daily lives is what I love to do.”

Meet Heather Grey.

Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Teacher.

“I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher who specialises in working with Depression, Low Self Esteem, and those adjusting to new circumstances in their life. I work integratively with other approaches to help clients identify their values, improve self-compassion, and develop new ways to cope with difficult emotions. I work collaboratively with clients, because I believe that everyone has strengths that can be uncovered with the right support.”
