How it works

  1. 1. Reach out and book your consultation

This is a helpful opportunity for you to get an idea if our therapy would suit your needs before booking an assessment. During the call, we'll chat for about 20 minutes, introduce ourselves, and discuss your therapy goals.

  1. 2. Getting to know each other

When you go for the assessment, you'll meet with your therapist who will ask you some questions to understand your current and past experiences that may require some help. You might also have to fill out some questionnaires. At the end of the session, you'll talk about your goals and what to do next. The assessment will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  1. 3. Receive care and support

We’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and actions together in our sessions to help you achieve your goals. We’ll work through challenges and celebrate your progress along the way. Right now, most of our sessions are held virtually through Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. If you prefer, some of our therapists can also meet with you in person in South East London. Our sessions usually last around 50 minutes.
